Job summary

Standguide Group is seeking an NHS IPS Employment Specialist to help clients with health-related needs secure sustainable employment. You will be trained in the Individual Placement and Support (IPS) approach and work with clients, employers, and referral partners to open up opportunities.

The role requires a clean driving licence and access to a car for travel. It is a permanent, full-time position offering 37.5 hours per week with a salary of £31,767.

Qualifications

• Educated to degree level or equivalent experience.
• Desirable: trained in IPS approach.

Responsibilities

• Manage a caseload of clients with health-related needs.
• Deliver the IPS approach with training provided.
• Meet clients to understand skills and goals and produce an Action Plan.
• Source job opportunities through tailored job search and employer contact.
• Provide in-work support and monitoring to sustain employment.
• Develop relationships with external agencies to support employment goals.
• Work independently and reliably to deliver IPS in community settings.
