Job summary

Waythrough is seeking an IPS Employment Specialist in Carlisle & Penrith to help clients gain and sustain paid work using the IPS model. You’ll coach, advocate and engage employers while supporting people through barriers to employment.

You’ll work within a multidisciplinary team, ensuring employment is part of recovery, with ongoing support to help clients settle in and succeed in their roles.
