Job summary

Evolve are partnering with an independent pharmacy in Rothes to recruit a Pharmacist or Pharmacist Manager. The role is full-time, Monday–Friday, 9am–6pm, with a 30-minute lunch break, at a store serving NHS Scotland and private patients.

The successful candidate will be GPhC-registered IP Pharmacist, with excellent communication skills and a focus on safe dispensing and service quality to drive the local offering forward. Salary up to £65,000 DOE plus pension and benefits.

Qualifications

• GPhC-registered IP Pharmacist with NHS and private service delivery.
• Strong clinical and dispensing proficiency; patient safety focused.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building with patients and healthcare professionals.

Responsibilities

• Ensure compliance with GPhC and NHS Scotland standards.
• Oversee accurate dispensing and controlled drugs management.
• Supervise safe preparation and supply of medicines and appropriate prescriptions.
• Deliver NHS and commissioned services with quality and continuity of care.
