Job summary

Evolve Selection is partnering with a rapidly expanding pharmacy group in Scotland to recruit a Relief Pharmacist Manager. You will drive patient care, lead a motivated team, and help shape the future of community pharmacy.

This full-time, permanent role covers Dumfries and Galloway with five days per week (Mon-Sat). Salary ranges £56,000–£66,000 DOE, GPhC fees paid, a company vehicle, pension, and more.

Qualifications

• Independent Prescriber qualification is preferred and supported.
• GPhC registration with professional standards.
• Experience leading and managing a pharmacy team in Scotland.

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day leadership and smooth running of the pharmacy.
• Inspire and motivate the pharmacy team to deliver outstanding service.
• Ensure safe receipt of deliveries including controlled drugs and handling returns within set timeframes.
• Provide expert patient advice and maintain high standards of care.
