Job summary

Bending Spoons seeks a senior IP lawyer to shape and protect our global technology portfolio. You will draft, negotiate and enforce IP rights across jurisdictions, advise on product decisions, and build scalable legal tools with AI-powered workflows.

Fluency in English is essential. You'll collaborate across teams, navigate cross-border disputes, and help us grow responsibly while upholding high ethical standards.

Qualifications

• Reasoning ability to solve complex problems from first principles.

• Proficiency in English; reading, writing and speaking proficiently.
• Some experience after obtaining a law degree in a law firm or in-house.

Responsibilities

• Shape IP strategy and build scalable processes as we grow.
• Manage portfolio: inventions, trade secrets, copyrights, trademarks, and designs.
• Run IP disputes and enforcement across jurisdictions with outside counsel.
• Draft and negotiate technology and IP agreements, assessing risk.
• Provide legal advice on product decisions, commercial transactions, and acquisitions.
• Build scalable legal tools and AI-powered workflows.
• Monitor regulatory developments and identify value opportunities.
