Job summary

Bending Spoons is seeking a talented compliance professional to guide corporate liability, disclosures, sustainability, and export controls, while shaping governance frameworks and risk management across jurisdictions.

You will support acquisitions, deliver team training, design insurance coverage, and build scalable legal tools, including AI-powered workflows, to accelerate high-growth initiatives.

Qualifications

• Law degree and experience as lawyer or in-house counsel.
• Proficient English reading, writing and speaking.
• Ability to solve complex problems from first principles and attention to detail.
• Ambitious, driven, and responsible with a strong work ethic.

Responsibilities

• Guide compliance matters across functions on corporate liability, disclosures, sustainability, health and safety, sanctions and export controls, and enforcement processes.
• Design and operationalize corporate governance and compliance frameworks to minimize legal risks and align with laws; conduct audits and coordinate remediations.
• Support acquisitions and integrations including due diligence and post-merger integration.
• Train and raise awareness by delivering practical guidance and training for teams.
• Design and secure appropriate insurance coverage and improve risk management strategies.
• Build scalable legal tools and AI-powered workflows to support the company’s high-growth business.
