Bending Spoons is seeking a driven, collaborative lawyer to guide employment and labor matters, support cross-border acquisitions, and manage disputes. You will build scalable legal tools and AI-enabled workflows to support a high-growth business while monitoring regulatory developments across jurisdictions.

The role requires a law degree and practical experience, with the option to work from Milan, London, or other approved locations in Europe.

Qualifications

• Qualified lawyer with a law degree and practical experience in employment and labor matters.
• Ability to plan and execute cross‑jurisdictional projects and M&A transitions.

Responsibilities

• Guide employment and labor matters with practical, business‑minded advice.
• Support acquisitions, transitions, and integrations across jurisdictions.
• Manage disputes with outside counsel and People team.
• Build scalable legal tools and AI‑powered workflows for high‑growth operations.
• Stay ahead of regulation and identify opportunities to unlock value.
