Job summary

Qualifications

• Active license to practice law in the EU or UK.
• Knowledge of trademarks, copyright, designs, and patents.
• Excellent analytical and communication skills.
• Ability to conduct investigations and enforcement actions.

Responsibilities

• Manage IP portfolio including trademarks, designs, and patents.
• Oversee filings, clearance reviews, and registrations.
• Collaborate on IP litigation with external counsel.
• Draft and review IP-related documents and templates.
• Provide strategic IP advice on infringements and oppositions.
