Job summary

Anglia Ruskin University (ARU) is seeking an IP Commercialisation and Technology Transfer Lead to oversee the enterprise portfolio and drive commercial opportunities across STEM and SHAPE disciplines.

You will work with the Head of Enterprise and senior leadership to ensure activities align with best practices and strategic objectives, fostering an entrepreneurial culture across campuses and innovation hubs.

Qualifications

• This role requires a higher degree and experience in university technology transfer or enterprise environments.
• Excellent relationship building, prioritisation, and opportunity identification skills.
• Proven track record managing a diverse enterprise or commercialisation portfolio.
• Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Provide operational leadership for the University's enterprise portfolio.
• Collaborate with a wide range of internal and external stakeholders to maximise commercial opportunities across STEM and SHAPE.
• Support staff and students to embed enterprise and innovation across campuses and hubs.
