National Physical Laboratory is seeking an experienced IP specialist to lead IP management and strategic planning across the organisation. You will work with science teams, technology transfer and legal colleagues to protect and maximise the impact of NPL's IP portfolio.

You will identify protection strategies, conduct due diligence, and guide IP transactions while developing training and awareness to strengthen IP governance across departments.
