Job summary

Hozah Ltd is seeking an Implementation Project Manager to own end-to-end onboarding of new car park sites in London. You will turn client needs into a practical, commercial scheme and guide contractors, signage, connectivity, and configuration to live operation.

You'll collaborate with TechOps and Estate teams, manage cross-functional workstreams, and ensure timely launches while capturing accurate site records for business-as-usual operations.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in implementation, onboarding, client delivery, or project management.
• Ability to turn vague client needs into concrete designs.
• Highly organised with the capacity to manage multiple sites.

Responsibilities

• Own the end-to-end onboarding of new car park sites, the single point of accountability for every launch.
• Run client discovery, desktop and physical site surveys to understand needs and viability.
• Design the car park installation scheme across physical, virtual, and technical realms.
• Build and drive the project plan across all workstreams, managing dependencies.
• Collaborate widely, chase, unblock, and elevate early when needed while owning the outcome.
• Procure equipment and signage, obtain quotes, and manage contractors to spec.
• Coordinate configuration with TechOps and obtain technical sign-off before launch.
• Test sites as end users would, monitor data post-launch, resolve issues before enforcement.
• Deliver complete site records into business-as-usual and run wider estate migrations.
