Job summary

Teltonika UK & Ireland is building a new Technology Consulting capability. As Consultancy Manager you will establish the function, shape propositions and lead a growing team to deliver IoT consulting engagements end-to-end.

You will develop strategic partnerships with Professional Services organisations and Systems Integrators, travel regularly in the UK & Ireland, and position Teltonika’s technologies at the heart of digital transformation projects.

Qualifications

• Experience working within or alongside a Professional Services or Technology Consulting organisation and experience across a technology vendor or manufacturer, Value Added Reseller (VAR), Systems Integrator, Technology Alliances or Partner environment.
• Proven experience originating and winning new Technology / Solution consulting or professional services opportunities, rather than solely delivering or managing engagements secured by others.
• Exceptional communication and storytelling skills, with the ability to simplify complex technical concepts and influence both technical and executive audiences.

Responsibilities

• Build and develop Teltonika’s UK & Ireland Technology Consulting capability.
• Proactively originate, qualify and win new consulting and Professional Services opportunities.
• Build trusted relationships with senior stakeholders including Partners, Directors, CTOs and Heads of Digital Transformation.
• Lead discovery, technical presentations, executive workshops and solution demonstrations.
• Work collaboratively with partners to identify, scope and shape commercially viable IoT solutions.
• Support the development of Statements of Work and commercial propositions, taking opportunities from initial conversation through to engagement.
• Work closely with Sales, Technical, Product Development and Marketing teams to support successful solution development and delivery.
• As the function grows – build, manage and develop your own consulting team to be recognised for their technical excellence, ensuring their utilisation and commercial success.
