Job summary

Responsibilities

• Responding to technical queries and providing hands-on support for connected devices and digital systems.

• Supporting the setup and configuration of IoT-enabled and networked equipment.
• Managing user accounts, access permissions, and system updates to ensure smooth operations.
• Installing and maintaining hardware such as laptops, tablets and sensors.
• Assisting with network monitoring, system diagnostics, and device integrations.
