Job summary

Samsara, a pioneer in the Connected Operations Cloud, is seeking an Implementation Consultant to drive successful deployments for our top customers. You will own the customer relationship and partner with Sales, Support, Sales Engineering, and Product to define and deliver a practical project plan that achieves quick time to value.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in an implementation consultant, project manager, or onboarding role.
• Enterprise SaaS and hardware experience preferred.
• Strong project management skills with ability to follow methodologies.
• 2+ years experience supporting or working with technical products.
• Solutions-oriented with strong problem-solving & project management skills.
• Experience managing >20 implementations/projects at a time.
• Excellent consultative skills with end-to-end system implementations.

Responsibilities

• Be the Samsara advisor, managing deployment of Samsara technology to customers.
• Lead solution workshops to develop L1 processes for business process.
• Guide customers through change management, including policy, comms and training.
• Run training sessions and demonstrate Samsara’s technology to executives and users.
• Juggle multiple customer engagements in parallel and work cross-functionally for an exceptional customer experience.
