Job summary

Vodafone IoT is seeking a Senior Manager to shape and deliver its inorganic growth strategy, identifying strategic opportunities and leading partnerships, investments, and potential acquisitions from origination through value creation.

You will collaborate with the IoT Leadership Team, Group M&A, and cross-functional experts to translate market insights into high-impact deals, ensuring commercial viability and operational delivery.

Qualifications

• 7+ years in strategy consulting, corporate development, or similar strategic role.
• Proven track record in M&A, deal execution and post-merger integration.
• Strong financial acumen and analytical capabilities.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience in IoT, telecoms, or technology sectors.
• Ability to drive alignment across multiple teams internally and externally.

Responsibilities

• Deliver the corporate development strategy for Vodafone IoT in line with IoT Strategy and Group priorities.
• Lead inorganic growth opportunities with target origination, assessment, due diligence, and integration planning.
• Conduct rigorous analysis of acquisitions, investments, and partnerships for strategic fit and value creation.
• Align Legal, HR, Finance, Product, Technology, Sales, and Commercial teams to ensure robust execution.
