Job summary

Vodafone IoT is seeking a Senior Manager Corporate Development to shape and drive inorganic growth across strategic opportunities, including M&A, partnerships and investments. You will work with the IoT Leadership Team, Group M&A and cross-functional experts to originate, assess and execute value-adding deals while coordinating finance, legal, product and commercial stakeholders.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in strategy consulting, corporate development, or a similar strategic role.
• Proven track record in M&A, including deal execution and post-merger integration.
• Strong financial acumen and analytical capabilities.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience in IoT, telecoms, or technology sectors.
• Ability to drive alignment across multiple teams / functions.

Responsibilities

• Strategic Execution: Deliver the corporate development strategy for Vodafone IoT, aligned with IoT Strategy, Group priorities.
• Corporate Development & Transactions: Lead Vodafone IoT’s inorganic growth opportunities with Group M&A, including origination, assessment, due diligence, execution and integration planning.
• Strategic Opportunity Assessment: Analyze acquisitions, investments and partnerships for market attractiveness, fit, and value creation.
• Cross-functional Alignment: Align Legal, HR, Finance, Product, Technology, Sales and Commercial teams to realize value.
• Communication & Stakeholder Engagement: Translate insights into clear narratives for Vodafone Group and partners.
