Job summary

Metro Rod, part of Franchise Brands, is recruiting a Credit Controller in Macclesfield. You will manage a large ledger daily, drive cash collection and monitor risk to help achieve financial targets.

As an experienced Credit Controller you will handle calls with customers, work to SLAs and KPIs, and demonstrate resilience, numeracy and IT savvy. Benefits include pension, life assurance, cycle-to-work, eye tests and more. This is a full-time, on-site role in our Local/Regional Finance Team.

Qualifications

• Experienced Credit Controller with strong cash collection focus.
• Ideally experience using Netsuite.
• Background in an office/call centre environment.
• KPI / SLA driven with resilience and good communication.

What does it entail?

You will manage an extensive ledger on a day-to-day basis to ensure maximum cash collection, whilst highlighting and managing potential financial risk to the business and contributing towards achieving financial targets and corporate objectives.

This is the perfect role for someone who is used to having difficult conversations with customers over the phone. Being part of a well-established and successful team, you will be focused on managing current debt. Working to strict SLA’s and KPI’s, this role requires someone proactive, confident and thorough.
