M2 Recruitment is seeking a Reconciliations Officer in Manchester to support a financial services provider. You will handle a portfolio of Invoice Finance reconciliations, balance sales ledgers, and prepare month-end closes while managing reserves and overdue payments.

Qualifikationen

• Proven track record in invoice finance reconciliations.
• Understanding of risks and controls in reconciliation processes.
• Experience with client sales ledgers and reporting.
• Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.

Aufgaben

• Manage a portfolio of Invoice Finance customers, performing month end reconciliations and ensuring high service levels.
• Monitor client ledger performance and report adverse trends to the Relationship team.
• Set monthly reserves for each client with transparency to the client.
• Maintain records and provide feedback/reports to Head of Portfolio Management and Relationship Managers.
• Prioritise high risk clients in line with Month End Reconciliation deadlines.
• Maintain regular client communication and assist with queries.
• Conduct monthly portfolio risk reviews and report findings to senior management.
