M2 Recruitment is seeking a Client Executive in Invoice Finance for our Oxfordshire region office. You will support Client Managers in managing a portfolio of Invoice Finance clients and delivering proactive service to protect income and reputation.

Responsibilities include processing client payments, maintaining client relationships, and collaborating with Credit Controllers and Senior Management on debt recoverability. This role offers a competitive salary with hybrid working arrangements.

Responsibilities

• Assist Client Managers with a designated portfolio of clients and maintain knowledge of all clients.
• Maintain first-class client relationships and ensure high levels of service.
• Be the first point of contact for payments, queries and ledger updates.
• Process client payments through the operating system within your personal mandate level.
• Work with Senior Management to review debt collectability and safeguard company security.
• Provide feedback to Client Managers and Senior Management about client issues.
• Maintain an effective office diary and filing system.
