You will work with lending and credit teams to grow a well-established proposition, enjoy autonomy to develop your own network, and drive commercial impact through high-quality service.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in invoice finance sales or a similar business development role.
• Strong knowledge of invoice finance, asset-based lending, and commercial banking products.
• Experience building relationships with SMEs, introducers, and commercial customers while understanding financial statements.

Responsibilities

• Generate new opportunities through direct business development, existing customers, and introducers.
• Build and manage relationships with brokers, accountants, and intermediaries to develop a sustainable pipeline.
• Work closely with internal credit, relationship management, and business support teams to deliver funding solutions.
• Promote the proposition while maintaining high standards of customer service and regulatory compliance.
