Job summary

Gen II Fund Services seeks a Transfer Agency professional to join our Southampton team. You will maintain the investor register, perform controls on transactions, and produce reporting for clients and internal stakeholders.

You will handle cash flow reconciliation, validate payments, and monitor late receipts, while collaborating with teams in Luxembourg, the US, and the UK. English fluency is essential; real estate and private equity fund knowledge is advantageous.

Qualifications

• University degree or equivalent.
• 12–24 months experience in a Transfer Agency role.
• Knowledge of Real Estate and Private Equity funds and regulatory obligations of a Luxembourg PFS.
• Excellent level of English (verbal and written); other languages are advantageous.
• Able to work to tight deadlines and manage multiple tasks.

Responsibilities

• Prepare daily/weekly controls for investor instructions.
• Maintain investor register and static data.
• Perform first-level controls on investor transactions and reconciliations.
• Produce investor-level reporting for internal and external stakeholders.
• Monitor cash flow, validate payments, and monitor late receipts.
• Manage investor queries and ensure timely responses to clients/investors.
• Escalate issues to Transfer Agency management as needed.
• Prepare audit packs for management review and external examinations.
• Collaborate with Luxembourg, US, and UK teams; be a team player.
