Job summary

Gen II Fund Services in Southampton is seeking a Senior Administrator to join the Investor Services ongoing Due Diligence team. You will review AML/KYC files for on-boarding and periodic reviews, including setup of static data, and coach junior colleagues while ensuring accuracy and timeliness.

You will work within the Luxembourg entity framework, collaborate across management to improve controls, and participate in client calls and reporting to support audits and due diligence requests.

Qualifications

• University degree or equivalent
• At least 5 years’ experience in a Transfer Agency role
• Knowledge of Real Estate and Private Equity funds, Luxembourg PFS desirable

Responsibilities

• Review AML/KYC files for client and investor onboarding and periodic reviews
• Check and review work of junior colleagues to ensure accuracy
• Submit data to generate daily, weekly and monthly control metrics
• Support audits and client due diligence visits
• Participate in client calls and strengthen relationships
