Job summary

Ethos is seeking experienced investor relations managers to help train our language model on professional documents, spreadsheets, and slide decks used in startup fundraises. The role focuses on creating and refining investor materials for fundraising and LP reporting, and it involves deep knowledge of cap tables and term sheets.

The position offers a flexible remote schedule at $100/hour, with 5–20 hours per week (or more if desired). Start date is ASAP and work can be done on your own schedule.

Qualifications

• Direct experience building pitch decks, data room indexes, or investor update memos for startup fundraising.
• Fluency in cap table mechanics, term sheet structuring, and LP/investor reporting standards.
• Expert-level document, spreadsheet, and slide craftsmanship with excellent written communication.

Responsibilities

• Create, evaluate, and refine AI-generated investor documents, spreadsheets, and slide decks.
• Prepare materials for pitch decks, data rooms, investor memos, cap tables, term sheets, and LP reports.
• Collaborate with fundraising teams and investors to ensure accuracy and clarity of reports.
