Job summary

Ethos is seeking venture capital associates with 5+ years in startup fundraising or investor relations to help train an AI model on professional documents, spreadsheets, and slide decks. The role focuses on creating, evaluating, and refining materials such as pitch decks, data room indexes, investor update memos, cap table summaries, term sheet summaries, and LP reports.

The position offers flexible, remote work with 5-20 hours per week and an ASAP start date.

Qualifications

• Direct experience building pitch decks, data room indexes, or investor update memos for a startup fundraise, venture fund, or LP-facing platform.
• Fluency in cap table mechanics, term sheet structuring, and the reporting standards LPs and institutional investors expect.
• Expert-level document, spreadsheet, and slide craftsmanship, with excellent written communication and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Create and refine AI-generated documents, spreadsheets, and slide decks for startup fundraising workflows.
• Evaluate pitches, memos, and investor materials for clarity, accuracy, and impact.
• Collaborate with venture teams and LPs to ensure high-quality deliverables.
