Job summary

Ethos is seeking experienced fundraising consultants to help train AI models on professional documents and investor materials. This fully remote role offers flexible 5-20 hours per week with an ASAP start.

You should have 5+ years in startup fundraising, venture capital, or investor relations and be proficient in producing pitch decks, data room indexes, memos, cap table summaries, and term sheets. Compensation is $100 per hour, with work on documents, spreadsheets, and slide decks for LPs and

Qualifications

• Direct experience building pitch decks, data room indexes, or investor update memos for a startup fundraise, venture fund, or LP-facing platform.
• Fluency in cap table mechanics, term sheet structuring, and the reporting standards LPs and institutional investors expect.
• Expert-level document, spreadsheet, and slide craftsmanship, with excellent written communication and attention to detail.
