Job summary

Ethos is partnering with a leading AI lab to recruit experienced investment banking analysts to train its language model on professional presentations and slide decks. The role focuses on storyline development, executive summaries, slide structure, and client-ready decks across core workflows.

This is a fully remote engagement offering $100 per hour with flexible, 5-20 hours per week (or more if desired). Start date ASAP.

Qualifications

• 2+ years as an IBD Analyst at a top firm (e.g. Goldman Sachs, Morgan Stanley, JPM, Evercore, Centerview, Lazard, PJT, Moelis, Guggenheim)
• Deep expertise in structured communication, storylining, and slide craftsmanship
• Expert-level PowerPoint and slide craftsmanship, with excellent written communication and attention to detail

Responsibilities

• Create and refine AI-generated presentations and slide decks across core workflows: storyline development, executive summaries, slide structuring, and client-ready decks
