Job summary

Capital Group is seeking an Investment Product Specialist to lead EQMA product coverage, partnering with investment directors and sales to translate investment ideas into compelling client content.

The role focuses on understanding CG’s EQMA range, communicating strategy, and supporting growth across Europe, Asia, and North America while embedding ESG considerations in product positioning.

Qualifications

• 2–4 years (Analyst) within the asset management industry.
• Robust understanding of equity and fixed income markets.
• Interest or experience in sustainability and ESG topics.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

• Partner with EQMA ID and investment teams to develop deep understanding of ideas, strategy and positioning.
• Develop key messages to position Capital Group’s EQMA capabilities for client engagement.
• Collaborate with sales, marketing and other stakeholders to align on sales strategy and client requirements.
• Assist in shaping product strategy, new product development and rollout initiatives.
• Build relationships across Europe, Asia and North America to support growth and thought leadership.
