Job summary

EQT is seeking a senior leader to head the private capital evergreen product management function from London. The role combines strategic direction with hands-on product storytelling and cross-functional influence across markets and channels.

You will mentor a growing team, own product narratives, and drive fundraising assets and client-ready materials for investors and distributors worldwide.

Qualifications

• Significant experience in private markets product management with PE knowledge.
• Senior PM role with end-to-end delivery of complex projects.
• Proven team leadership and cross-functional collaboration.
• Ability to translate complex information into clear narratives for investors and distributors.
• Excellent written communication and high standards for accuracy.
• Structured workload management with multiple geographies in scope.
• Strong relationship management with senior stakeholders and clients.

Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor a global Private Capital EPM team with clear priorities.
• Own product positioning and consistent messaging across regions.
• Oversee fundraising assets and lifecycle deliverables for external use.
• Contribute to investor diligence, RFIs, and distributor onboarding.
• Develop timely product insights, thought leadership, and market updates.
• Drive standardisation and automation to enable growth.
• Partner with Coverage, Fund Strategy and internal teams across geographies.
