Capital Group in Europe/Asia seeks an Investment Product Specialist to lead EQMA product coverage, partner with Investment Directors, and translate investment ideas into client-ready insights. Qualifikationen

• 2–4 years in asset management or markets environment.
• Understanding of equity and fixed income markets with diverse strategies.
• Interest in sustainability/ESG topics and evolving client preferences.

• Partner with EQMA ID and investment teams to develop deep understanding of investment ideas and strategy.
• Drive investment content and narrative for client engagement and internal partners.
• Develop key messages to differentiate Capital Group’s EQMA capabilities for regional needs.
• Collaborate with sales to address client queries and coordinate with distribution/operations.
• Analyze market trends and competitive dynamics to inform investment insights.
• Align on sales strategy and marketing with stakeholders across regions.
• Shape product strategy and rollout initiatives for equity offerings and asset classes.
• Build relationships across Europe, Asia, and North America to achieve shared goals.
• Contribute to thought leadership for external engagement across EACG.
