Job summary

Capital Group seeks an Investment Product Specialist to lead messaging for Future Generations Equity and Multi-Asset strategies, with a strong ESG focus. You will partner with Directors across regions to translate complex investment ideas into clear content for clients and internal partners.

The role involves collaboration with Sustainability Specialists, cross-asset collaboration, and delivering insights for growth across Europe, Asia, and North America.

Responsibilities

• Develop deep understanding of Future Generations Equity and Multi-Asset strategies with Investment Directors.
• Drive investment content and narratives to support client engagement and external meetings.
• Craft key messages tailored to regional and investor segments.
• Support production of the Future Generation Fund’s Sustainability reporting.
• Escalation point for complex S&G needs with SST and IPS team.
• Collaborate with SST to articulate CG’s sustainability approach for investments.
• Create FG-focused content for client meetings, marketing and thought leadership.
• Analyze ESG market trends, regulators, and investor requirements impacting CG offerings.
