Job summary

AQR Capital Management is seeking an Analyst to join our EMEA Business Development team with a core focus on ESG and sustainability. This hybrid role supports ESG-related client requests and integrates within the broader EMEA BD analyst group across Europe, the Middle East and the Americas.

The successful candidate will develop specialist ESG expertise while gaining exposure to AQR’s investment strategies and institutional clients, contributing to high-quality client materials and engagement.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or master’s degree in a relevant discipline; sustainability qualifications are a plus.
• At least 2 years of relevant post-undergraduate professional experience.
• Demonstrable interest in ESG, sustainability and investment management.
• Excellent written and verbal communication, ability to explain complex concepts clearly.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Support ESG-related client requests, including RFPs/RFIs and DDQs.
• Assist ESG stewardship, proxy voting and sustainability reporting activities.
• Coordinate with teams to update marketing materials and ESG client communications.
• Support the EMEA Business Development team in client meetings and proposals.
• Develop specialist ESG expertise while gaining exposure to AQR’s investment strategies.
