Responsibilities

• Provide operational support across product channels and lifecycle activities, including trade support, confirmations, settlements, cash processing, asset transfers, corporate actions, reconciliations and reporting.
• Monitor daily workflows and identify changes, breaks, and gaps in operational processes to ensure timely and accurate completion of activities.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives, including process standardization, controls enhancement, and risk reduction across end-to-end touchpoints.
• Ensure accurate and timely escalation and resolution of inquiries, exceptions, and client-impacting issues.
• Address ad hoc queries from front office, technology, finance, custodians, brokers, fund administrators, and other stakeholders.
• Assist with audits, compliance reviews, and regulatory or internal reporting requirements, maintaining governance and documentation standards.
• Collaborate with business, technology, and operations partners to support requirements gathering, testing, and implementation for future enhancements, products, and control improvements.
• Learn and adopt approved AI tools and new technologies to enhance operational services while maintaining strong controls and data discipline.
