Our Client: NY Based Funds Services Company - on site with London PE Client

The Role: Investment Operation team - several levels

The Location: City of London

Our client is an NY based Fund Services firm expanding across the UK. They are working with their largest client, a Global Private Equity firm, to establish a newly created Investment Operations department. This role will be based on-site and is hiring at multiple levels.

The Responsibilities:

• Support the Investment Operations team in transaction and capital markets pipeline management and execution across PE, RE, Infrastructure, and Real Assets.
• Own the latest updates and coordinate with legal, tax, and treasury teams.
• Maintain data centralization platform, including data capture and process flows.
• Execute transactions across private markets asset classes and strategies.
• Manage documentation for legal closing packages of complex transactions and support transaction allocation decisions.

The Requirements:

• Proven experience in Investment Operations.
• Experience in high-volume deal execution.
• Experience working with legal, deals, and investment teams.
• Understanding of transaction documentation.
