Our Client: NY Based Funds Services Company - on site with London PE Client

The Role: Investment Operation team - several levels

The Location: City of London

Our client are an NY based Fund Services firm expanding across the UK. They are working with their largest client - Global Private Equity firm in establishing a newly created Investment Operations department. This role will be based on site and is hiring at a multitude of levels.

The Responsibilities:

• Support the Investment Ops team in transaction and capital markets pipeline management and execution across PE, RE, Infrastructure and Real Assets
• Fully responsible for ownership of latest updates across the deal, legal, tax and treasury teams
• Maintenance of their data centralization platform across data capture and process flows
• Transaction Execution across private markets asset classes and strategies
• Document Management across legal closing packages for complex transactions and documented support for transaction allocation decisions

The Requirements:

• Proven track record within Investment Operations
• High volume deal execution experience
• Experienced dealing with legal teams, deals & investments teams
• Understanding of the transactions documentations
