Job Description

We are recruiting a platform investments administrator to join our operations department. The purpose of the role is to provide excellent customer service by setting up, running, and reviewing trades, ensuring all securities are accurately priced, maintaining the integrity of systems and customer-facing data, and investigating trading queries from customers and other business areas.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in the setup of various asset types across the platform.
• Maintain static data and ensure all assets are priced accurately.
• Check and match executed trades (equities, collectives, FX).
• Process trade rebookings and request static data updates.
• Monitor client and counterparty exposure, including exposure levels, short positions, and client debtors.
• Ensure programme trades run and perform as expected.
• Action ad‑hoc fund conversions at the request of clients.
• Liaise with other teams to ensure delivery of customer service and consumer outcomes.
• Support management with project implementations, fixes, and upgrades through testing of software and assisting with the definition of processes and procedures.
