Job Description:

I am working on behalf of a highly regarded real estate family office to find an experienced Investment Asset Manager to oversee a diverse and strategically important commercial property portfolio.

This role offers the opportunity to take full ownership of asset strategy, with a focus on driving rental income, capital growth, tenant satisfaction, and long-term value. The successful candidate will play a hands-on role in negotiating lease events, managing lettings, implementing strategic repositioning initiatives, and collaborating closely with surveyors, facilities managers, and senior stakeholders to unlock asset potential.

This position is suited to a commercially minded property professional with at least 10 years’ post-qualified experience, ideally combining professional services training with client-side asset management. MRICS qualification is essential, along with a strong understanding of value optimisation, market dynamics, and customer-focused property performance.
