Job Opportunity: Asset Manager at RWE Renewables UK Management Ltd.

Location: Grimsby Hub (development of Triton operational base for Sofia windfarm and future North Sea projects)

Employment Type: Full-time / Part-time, Permanent

Functional Area: Operations & Maintenance

About the Role

The Asset Manager will support the General Manager in managing the windfarm's commercial, technical, and operational aspects, including:

• Preparation for and handover of commercial operations from construction
• Analyzing windfarm performance to inform priorities and decisions
• Preparing monthly reports on technical, safety, O&M metrics, risks, and opportunities
• Assessing and ensuring windfarm compliance
• Promoting innovation at Grimsby Hub and windfarm levels
• Creating investment decision papers in collaboration with technical groups
• Engaging with local communities and external stakeholders such as TCE, OFTO, and local authorities
• Building sustainable relationships with potential investors
• Driving cost reduction, performance enhancement, and safety improvements

Key Skills and Qualifications

• Masters or relevant degree in Engineering, Business, Finance, or related fields
• Project management certification or experience
• Experience in the energy sector, especially within wind energy
• Background in asset operations within utilities or similar industries
• Strong understanding of technical, HSE, commercial, and legal aspects of wind farm operations
• Experience in project, supplier, and contract management, with knowledge of applicable laws
• Experience managing joint ventures or complex stakeholder relationships
