Role Overview

An exciting opportunity has arisen to join the Estates team covering the South East region within the Property division of ASDA. Reporting to the Senior Asset Manager, you will be a key member of the team, putting the customer at the heart of all you do.

This regional role will focus on formulating asset strategies, driving value from a growing estate through optimisation alongside day-to-day management of our portfolio.

The role requires working with landlords, tenants, construction teams, FM, and consultants to deliver property solutions for our estate and to support retail operations.

About You

• Ideally reside in the south of the UK with the ability to travel to Leeds Home Office when needed. Three days a week to be spent in site or at an agreed Asda Hub.
• Experience with landlord, consultancy, or occupier roles.
• Background in Estate Management, L&T, and/or transactional experience.
