Job Description:

They are now looking to hire an Investment Analyst to work closely with the senior leadership team as they embark on significant European expansion, primarily across Italy in Spain.

You will be working alongside another Analyst, in a lean team, with significant Institutional capital to invest, alongside a strong pipeline of existing projects.

Requirements

· 1-3 years experience as an Investment Analyst within Real Estate, preferably from a private equity background.

· Strong knowledge of investment structures and return calculations.
