Job summary

Systemiq Capital in London seeks an Investment Analyst or Associate to join its investment team. You will work across the full investment cycle, building conviction in the systems we back and developing into a credible investor in your own right.

The role emphasizes sourcing, diligence and execution, and working with founders before, during and after we invest. The position focuses on three verticals: Electrification/Compute, Decoding Nature and Applied AI.

Qualifications

• 2–5 years experience in a fast-paced, commercial environment: Tech/Startup, VC, Growth or finance.
• Ability to build networks quickly and form real relationships with founders, investors and operators.
• Strong analytical, research and modelling skills with clear judgement.

Responsibilities

• Sourcing and pipeline: build a strong pipeline of founders across UK, Europe and US.
• Network building with founders, co-investors and technical experts.
• Diligence and execution: market diligence, financial modelling, investment memos, term sheets support.
• Systems expertise and point of view: develop unique market insights for three verticals.
• Portfolio support: data-driven market analysis and portfolio reviews.
