Harnham is seeking an Investment Analyst to join its growing private equity-focused team in London. You will support sourcing, analysis, execution, and portfolio management across live transactions from day one, gaining exposure to decision-making and M&A activity.

The role emphasizes rigorous financial modelling, market analysis, and collaboration with senior investment professionals on multiple live projects, with substantial responsibility early in your career.

Qualifications

• Strong M&A deal experience and PE exposure are essential.
• Experience building and interpreting financial models and valuations.
• Ability to analyse financial statements, company performance and market opportunities.
• Proven stakeholder management and communication abilities.

Responsabilités

• Support assessment and execution of investment opportunities and acquisitions.
• Participate across origination through to completion.
• Conduct financial, commercial and market analyses on potential investments.
• Build and maintain financial models to support investment decisions.
• Assist with due diligence processes and transaction execution.
• Prepare investment papers and presentations for internal stakeholders.
• Monitor portfolio performance and support value creation initiatives.
• Assist with quarterly reporting and investment documents.
• Collaborate with senior investment professionals on live projects.
• Support strategic initiatives within portfolio companies.
