Asset Partners is seeking an Investment Associate for their London team to support sourcing, evaluation and execution of growth equity opportunities. You will work across initial idea generation, market research and due diligence to help build a high‑performing portfolio.

The role requires 1–5 years' experience in related finance fields, a passion for technology, strong analytical skills and the ability to collaborate effectively within a team while maintaining a high level of integrity.

Qualifications

• 1-5 years' experience within investment banking, venture capital, growth equity or private equity.
• Interest or experience in Technology sector.
• Strong commercial judgment and analytical ability.
• Ability to work both in a team and independently.
• Very ambitious with high integrity.
