Payward is seeking a Product Manager to own the investigation platform within its Compliance Operations FIU domain. You will drive end-to-end roadmap, ensuring auditability and alignment with regulator requirements, while pushing AI-enabled enhancements under strict controls.

You will collaborate with engineering and policy teams to deliver measurable improvements in investigations, alert handling, and case management.

Competenze

• 4+ years of product management experience, including 2+ years on financial-crime systems such as transaction monitoring, investigations, case management, KYC/EDD or sanctions screening.

Mansioni

• Own the investigation-platform roadmap end to end, sequence Deliverables and acceptance criteria.
• Define "done" before build starts and hold the line when scope moves.
• Gather requirements before engineering starts to align policy, monitoring rules and case management.
• Understand the process before building and distinguish between policy fixes and technical changes.
• Ensure auditability with audit trails, data lineage, evidence retention and reviewer attribution.
• Ship automation and AI into regulated workflows with controls that withstand audits.
• Maintain operating rhythm with engineering and product teams through regular updates.
