PAIO, a London-based FCA-regulated financial solutions provider, is seeking an Investigations Analyst to join the compliance team. You will investigate escalated financial crime alerts, perform analytics on customer profiles and fund flows, and draft SARs for the MLRO.

Based in London with a hybrid model (4 days in the office, 1 day remote), the role offers exposure to international compliance practices and opportunities for professional growth within a dynamic, fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in financial crime investigations, AML or transaction monitoring.
• Excellent written English with clear case documentation.
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.

Responsabilités

• Investigate escalated alerts and referrals end to end within SLAs.
• Analyse customer profiles, fund flows, source of funds and wealth.
• Conduct OSINT, adverse media, and network analysis.
• Identify money laundering and sanctions typologies.
• Prepare case files and recommend actions or SARs.
• Draft SARs for MLRO review.
• Share trends with transaction monitoring and onboarding teams.
