Job summary

Wise is seeking a Senior Product Manager to build and scale a new fincrime product engineering team. You’ll own the vision and roadmap for partner-specific financial crime controls across fraud, AML, screening, and internal tooling.

You’ll work closely with engineering, compliance, operations and commercial teams to reduce risk and help Wise Platform scale safely. You’ll lead cross-functional delivery, develop domain understanding of Wise Platform partner models, improve internal tooling UX, and

• Senior product management experience delivering outcomes in a complex environment.
• Strong problem framing and prioritisation to turn ambiguous issues into clear scope and milestones.
• Comfort communicating with senior stakeholders, technical and non-technical partners.
• Delivery mindset: ship iteratively, measure impact, adapt quickly.

Responsibilities

• Own the roadmap for Wise Platform fincrime controls and investigator tooling, balancing risk, ops load, and partner experience.
• Lead cross-functional delivery across engineering, compliance, operations and partner teams; turn problems into clear plans and ship improvements iteratively.
• Develop deep domain understanding of Wise Platform partner models and fincrime risks in embedded/correspondent-like use cases vs consumer/business.
• Improve UX of internal tools and workflows used to review alerts/cases, making investigations faster, safer, and more consistent.
• Use data to drive decisions; define success metrics, monitor effectiveness and tune releases.
