Job summary

Tailormade Moves Estate Agents in Inverness is seeking a proactive Lettings Negotiator. You will manage lettings from enquiry to move-in, organise property viewings, and liaise with landlords and tenants to deliver a seamless service.

You will prepare tenancy agreements, ensure regulatory compliance, and maintain records while coordinating marketing with colleagues. A full UK driving licence and experience in lettings are advantageous.

Qualifications

• Excellent communication skills with landlords, tenants and colleagues.
• Proven customer service experience delivering reliable and friendly service.
• Strong organisational and time-management abilities with attention to documentation.
• Comfort with property management software, email and standard office tools.

Responsibilities

• Manage lettings from initial enquiry through move-in.
• Arrange and conduct property viewings for prospective tenants.
• Liaise with landlords and tenants and coordinate inspections.
• Prepare tenancy agreements and related documentation; ensure regulatory compliance.
• Respond to customer queries and maintain accurate records.
• Coordinate property marketing and collaborate with colleagues for a seamless service.
