About The Role

We are looking for a Stores Person to join our team at our Duxford depot. This role is essential to the smooth running of our warehouse operation, ensuring parts are received, stored and dispatched accurately while maintaining excellent stock control and customer service. Working closely with internal departments, suppliers and customers, you'll help ensure the right parts are available at the right time to support our service operation. This is an excellent opportunity for a reliable and organised individual who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment and takes pride in delivering accurate, efficient work.

Key Responsibilities

As a Stores Person, you'll support the day-to-day operation of the warehouse, ensuring stock is managed safely, accurately and efficiently. Your responsibilities will include receiving and inspecting deliveries, booking stock into the system, and ensuring all items are stored correctly and can be easily located when required. You'll pick, pack and dispatch parts for both internal departments and external customers, helping to ensure service and customer requirements are met on time. You'll also support stock control activities, including regular stock checks and reconciliations, while maintaining accurate inventory records. In addition, you'll contribute to a safe, clean and organised warehouse environment, following company procedures and health and safety standards at all times.

About You

You'll be a dependable and motivated individual with strong attention to detail and a positive approach to teamwork. You will be comfortable working in a warehouse or logistics environment and understand the importance of accuracy when handling parts, stock and customer orders.

• Monday to Wednesday: 09:00 - 17:30
• Thursday: 09:30 - 17:30
• Friday: 09:30 - 17:00
