Job summary

Proactive Global is seeking a Warehouse Operative in Windsor to support reception of components and goods, ensuring timely delivery to assembly lines and handling picking, kitting and packing for dispatch. The role uses stock management systems to maintain accurate records and track inventory.

You will operate in a dynamic environment, contribute to safety and efficiency improvements via 5S and logistics best practices, and collaborate with purchasing and quality teams to prevent shortages.

Qualifications

• Experience in logistics, picking and packing roles.
• Solid understanding of material transactions and stock systems.

Responsibilities

• Receive goods into the warehouse and locate products using stock management systems.
• Ensure timely supply of materials to production lines and identify potential shortages with purchasing/quality teams.
• Maintain stock accuracy with stock management and Kanban systems.
• Kit and pack product sets.
• Pick, pack and label shipments for dispatch using stock management systems.
