Job summary

Confidential in Bracknell is recruiting a Supply Chain Coordinator to join their team. The role acts as a key link between order management, demand planning and warehouse operations to safeguard stock accuracy and ensure timely deliveries.

You will oversee daily stock movements, prepare reports, process adjustments and support daily order allocation. You will collaborate across customer service, logistics and finance to optimise fulfilment and reduce costs.

Qualifications

• Experience in inventory, stock control, or supply chain administration.
• Strong Excel and Word skills.
• Attention to detail and high data accuracy.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily stock movements and ensure dispatch records are accurate.
• Maintain inventory records and investigate stock discrepancies.
• Prepare month-end, quarter-end and year-end stock reports.
• Process stock adjustments and coordinate reconciliations and cycle counts.
• Support daily order allocation runs and ensure orders are released on time.
• Investigate fulfilment discrepancies and stock-related queries, escalating where necessary.
• Process and upload customer invoices via online portals.
• Coordinate with customer service, demand planning and logistics teams to support efficient dispatches.
• Investigate delivery-related chargebacks and identify cost-saving opportunities.
• Produce weekly shipping and inventory reports for management.
• Identify opportunities to improve processes, efficiency and cost savings.
