Job summary

DHL Supply Chain in Derby is seeking multiple experienced Inventory FLMs to drive a new start-up operation. The role is permanent full-time with a 15% night shift premium and rotational shifts across earlies and lates.

You will lead inventory control activities, manage discrepancies, work with ERP and WMS systems, monitor KPIs, and help build a high-performing team from day one.

Qualifications

• Experience in inventory management within a warehouse, logistics, or supply chain environment.
• Strong knowledge of inventory control, stock reconciliation, and WMS.
• Analytical with Excel proficiency and problem-solving capability.

Responsibilities

• Lead inventory control activities, including cycle counts and stocktakes.
• Manage inventory discrepancies across warehouse, customer and ERP systems.
• Ensure governance of customer-owned inventory with reporting and traceability.
• Build relationships, manage escalations, and report against KPIs.
• Support audit compliance and inventory improvement initiatives.

Shift patterns: Rotational across earlies & lates any 5 days from 7

We're now seeking multiple experienced Inventory FLMs to play a pivotal role in driving this next chapter of our journey.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

• Leading inventory control activities, including cycle counts, stocktakes, reconciliations, investigations, and audits to maintain high levels of stock accuracy
• Managing inventory discrepancies across warehouse, customer and ERP systems, implementing corrective actions and driving continuous improvement
• Ensuring robust governance of customer-owned inventory, with accurate reporting, traceability and accountability
• Building strong customer relationships, managing inventory escalations, and providing performance reporting against contractual KPIs
• Supporting audit compliance, financial controls, and inventory improvement initiatives across the operation.

THIS ROLE WOULD SUIT PEOPLE WHO
